One page, every week: photos, schedule position, inspection results, and the decisions we need from you - whether the news is good or not.
03 · Closeout package
As-builts, O&M manuals, warranty registry, inspection records, and lien releases - one organized handover your landlord, lender, or buyer can file.
Project references and details are shared during consultation - with the client's permission, never on a website.
